  • When will my box ship after payment?
    We strive to get your fragrant treasures to you as quickly as possible. Your Women's or Men's Fragrance Fusion Monthly Box will be shipped within 2 business days after successful payment.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your AROMEDY account. To avoid being charged for the following month, please make your cancellation request at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
  • Is shipping available internationally?
    Currently, we offer shipping within the United States and Canada.
  • Are returns and refunds accepted?
    Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team, and we'll be happy to assist you.
