Tips for Perfecting Your Tree Pose:

Start with a Strong Foundation: Begin by standing tall in Mountain Pose (Tadasana), feet hip-width apart. Ground down through all four corners of your standing foot.


Engage Your Core: Activate your abdominal muscles to help stabilize your torso and pelvis. Imagine drawing your navel toward your spine to create a sense of length and support.


Find Your Drishti: Choose a fixed point in front of you to focus your gaze, known as your drishti. This will help steady your mind and improve your balance.
